How
do I replace or return a defective product?
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on most items
within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Note that your packing
slip will be required along with the credit card used to make
the purchase. To return an item, complete our Return qualification
form to request an RMA number and return instructions. The product
will need to be returned.
Please
do not return a product without an RMA number. We will not be
able to refund your money or exchange the product. Shipping and
handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however we will
refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of
our error, or the product is determined defective.
Can I purchase online and pick up my order at my local
physical store?
No. Currently, all online orders are shipped directly to your
home or office. Our online store is a completely separate company
and our stores are franchises.
How long will I have to wait for a refund?
The credit will be made within 7 business days of receipt and
verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with
a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
